Saskia worked as a Scrum Master in the eCommerce environment for more than two years in a position that involved not only coaching Scrum teams and Kanban teams, but also coordinating with internal stakeholders and external customers.

She has been part of the Agile Process team since 2023. In the time before that, she worked in different companies, both as a Scrum Master and in different positions in project management and business organization.

Her previous career also brings experience that is rare among Scrum Masters, including corporate development, budget planning, and recruiting.
