Biography
Timo is an Agile Risk Manager with over five years of experience in agile transformation, coaching, and IT project management, and more than 15 years in the insurance industry.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Psychology, he has successfully guided teams in the insurance and InsurTech sectors through the implementation of Scrum, SAFe, and OKRs.
With a strong passion for self-organization, empiricism, and continuous improvement, Timo initiates change processes, facilitates workshops, and ensures clear communication between teams and stakeholders. His open-minded, solution-oriented approach and his ability to look beyond the status quo make him a driving force for sustainable team and product development..

Selected Project Experience
- Led the agile transition of an insurance start-up, streamlining and innovatively developing organizational structures and processes based on Flight Levels and OKRs.
- Managed agile scaling within the SAFe framework, coordinating multiple Scrum Teams with a shared Product Backlog and a common Product Manager.
- Served long-term as a Scrum Master, responsible for meeting facilitation, organizational development, and removing impediments.
