What awaits you
As an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, you’ll support and coach our clients’ agile teams—typically for six to 24 months—and promote agile mindsets and transitions within corporations and large medium-sized companies. From time to time, you may lead a workshop on agile topics or speak at an agile conference. Once a project ends, a new challenge with a new client awaits you, so there’s never a dull moment.
What we expect
YOU
- have gained several (at least 5) years of practical experience applying agile methods in at least 3 different projects, ideally in complex software and IT projects
- are fluent in spoken and written German and English—and, of course, additional languages are a plus,
- are from the Rhineland or are willing to relocate there,
- are willing to travel, both for the weekly team day and to client sites,
- hold current certifications in Scrum (Scrum Master/Product Owner), Kanban, and SAFe (RTE/SPC), and ideally a certification in project management (PRINCE2/PMP) and we welcome any additional certifications, and
- last but not least: You’re a friendly and empathetic person and a good team player who never loses sight of the added value for the customer when working on projects.
