Who We Are

We are an owner-managed, medium-sized consultancy focusing on agile transformation and holistic change processes. We are established at our Bonn location since 2010 and work for corporate customers and larger medium-sized companies in the entire German-speaking area.

Our focus is on quality: certified consultants in the agile sector (Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner) as well as in project management (PMI, Prince2).

We have extensive experience in supporting transformation processes in various industries – especially in the insurance and banking environment. We are involved in the area of ​​thought leadership – among other things as organizer of the Scrumtisch Bonn and sponsor of agile conferences.

We are driven by passion for transformation, agility and lean management – of course we are also organized internally according to agile principles.

We are committed to agile methods that we not only impart to our customers but also live internally.

We believe that economic clout, employee satisfaction and authenticity go hand in hand and are mutually dependent. Our mission is to utilize these means to help our customers achieve sustainable success.

The management of Agile Process GmbH consists of Felix Stein and Florian Gloßner. We are not only united by a common company but also by the enthusiasm for our work, which is why we regularly work with our employees at the customer and also assume responsibility there.
