Boris Smeisser
Biography
Boris has embarked on the career path typical of many Agile Coaches: he started as a software developer, worked in Scrum teams in this role, was enthusiastic about agile working and took on responsibility as a Scrum Master.
He has been a member of the Agile Process team since 2022.
Most recently, he worked as an agile coach for a medium-sized, international household appliance manufacturer. Before that, he worked in agile application development for various companies, including the metalworking industry, web design and for manufacturers of business software and alarm systems.

- Preparation and partial facilitation of big room planning for a corporation: Based on the PI Plannings from SAFe.
