Florian has more than 15 years of expereience in planning, management, and implementation of consulting projects across various industries and all management levels. He focusses on organisational transformation processes and their especially financial governance from a management perspective.
In 2010, Florian founded the DomusAurea Consulting GmbH and later the Agile Process GmbH to focus on the combination of existing structures and agile methods. Before Florian was working with several leading management consultancies e. g. Accenture.

- Reorganization IT: Restructuring of the structural and procedural organization as well as the corresponding reporting structures and internal system landscape of the group-wide IT service provider of a leading Austrian insurance group.
- Post-Merger Integration: Development of the project management structures for the integration of the sales systems related to the integration of an international insurance group based in Germany
- IT Transformation: Support for the development of the new IT operating model for the IT of an international working German insurance group.
