Lilian has more than 15 years of experience in planning, controlling and implementing IT projects. Based on her deep technical expertise as a computer scientist, she accompanies agile change processes with particular efficiency and specialist knowledge, which she can convey very well through knowledge in the moderation and training area.

Lilian has been part of the Agile Process team since 2021.

Before that, she worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for various companies in the manufacturing sector. Lilian studied computer science and then worked for several years as a Software Developer.
